Yousif A. Omer, Chairman of The Board and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Omer is an executive with over 20 years in Fortune 500 and start-up environments. He is a creative and innovative manager, administrator and entrepreneur, with practical insight and solution development perspective. Mr. Omer firmly established a track record as an innovative executive for start-ups such as WinStar Telecommunication, IBE Technology, and large corporations such as Verizon and Northrop Grumman. Mr. Omer’s hands-on approach to problem solving and wiliness to do whatever it takes to achieve objectives has been a proven formula in the Technology and Healthcare business segments. Mr. Omer holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University and an MBA from George Washington University.
James R. Flowers, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Flowers is board certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Flowers has over 25 years of clinical experience in academic and Community Emergency Medicine practices. Dr. Flowers previously held positions as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director for Saint Frances Hospital in Wilmington DE. . Dr. Flowers started and was directly responsible for Saint Frances’s Wilmington City 911 EMS operation for over 6 years. Dr. Flowers holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a Doctor of Medicine degrees from Des Moines University.
Ziyad Selim, Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Selim is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of EMS, MEDEVAC and PMP experience who served as a U.S. Army Combat Medic and is affiliated with the U.S. Army Medical Department Regiment and U.S. Surgeon General. Mr. Selim completed his degree in Emergency Medicine in 1999 at Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen, Germany. Mr. Selim is credited for the conception and implementation of a centralized Medical Transport – MEDEVAC process and local healthcare network for DoD civilians deployed in South West Asia as well as the construction of Medical Aid Facilities in conflict areas.
Dave Scott, Executive Vice President, Mr. Scott has been in EMS field since 1998 as a certified EMT. Mr. Scott has extensive experience in Payroll, Human Resources, training and compliance, and Ambulance Operations Management. During his EMS career, Mr. Scott has managed one of the largest ambulance companies in the Tri-state area and has managed the City of Wilmington’s 911 service for 5 years as Chief / Operations Manager, working hand in hand with Chief Willie Patrick of the Wilmington Fire Department. Mr. Scott has a hands-on approach to ambulance management and has established operational protocols and training for compliance and safety of daily operations. Mr. Scott’s education includes an associate degree in Hotel / Restaurant management and Business Certifications from Penn State Brandywine’s Campus.
