Yousif A. Omer, Chairman Of The Board and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Omer is an executive with over 20 years in Fortune 500 and start-up environments. He is a creative and innovative manager, administrator and entrepreneur, with practical insight and solution development perspective. Mr. Omer firmly established a track record as an innovative executive for start-ups such as WinStar Telecommunication, IBE Technology, and large corporations such as Verizon and Northrop Grumman. Mr. Omer’s hands-on approach to problem solving and wiliness to do whatever it takes to achieve objectives has been a proven formula in the Technology and Healthcare business segments. Mr. Omer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University and an MBA from George Washington University.
Joseph Bottner, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Bottner is board certified in Emergency Medicine with a sub-specialty of Emergency Medical Services by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Bottner has over 25 years of clinical experience in academic and Community Emergency Medicine practices. Dr. Bottner previously held positions as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director for some of the country’s largest Medical Transportation Corporations. Dr. Bottner holds a Bachelor’s of Science and a Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Virginia.
Brandi Elliott, President Delaware Operation, Mrs. Elliott has over 20 years of Ambulance operation experience, including 10 years of New Castle County Minquas Fire Co. as Director of EMS. Mrs. Elliott has been the recipient of numerous awards for heroic work as a member of the Delaware Fire and Emergency Medical Transportation System . Mrs. Elliott has also previously served as EMS volunteer at AI DuPont Children Hospital. Mrs. Elliot held PA Paramedic license and currently holds National Registry EMT, CPR instructor, ACLS, PALS certification.
Brian Hale, Director ALS/CCT, Mr. Hale started his Paramedic Career in 1993 at the Kent General Hospital Paramedic Program. After graduating 2nd in his class, he went on to work for Kent County EMS for 9 years serving as a 911 Paramedic and then advancing to Field Training Officer. In 2002 he was hired by Medstar Transport as a Flight Paramedic and in 2006-2008 he was activated by the US Navy in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2009 he was hired by United Healthcare Global as a Contract Paramedic working overseas in multiple locations. In June of 2016, he was hired by MId Atlantic Care as the ALS Coordinator. Brian Hale has obtained his Critical Care Flight Paramedic and CCEMT-P; and in the past has taught PALS and ACLS, he is currently a PHTLS instructor. He resides in Camden Delaware with his family.
